The NYSDEC has published a list of New York State Municipalities that are automatically subject to Phase II Regulations. There are fifteen in Dutchess County.
By March 10, 2003, these municipalities will be required to begin developing and implementing Phase II stormwater programs that meet six Minimum Control Measures. 1. Public Education and Outreach 2.
